June & July 2023 Recap

This one will be short and quick. =) Summer has been quite busy for me so far, and I can’t believe it’s almost already over!

Driver’s License

After some time, I finally got my driver’s license in June! I love driving and am so excited to continue my adventure now that I can drive alone. 😈

Summer Classes

I took so many Coursera courses in June! I finished three of Google’s Digital Marketing & E-commerce specialization, and two of CalArt’s Graphic Design specialization.

I also finished Back End Development & APIs from freeCodeCamp.

I did want to take summer community college classes, but as I was going on a short missions trip to Taiwan for almost all of July, I decided against it.

Reading Recap

  • I read a total of only 13 books in June and July combined, but I’ll give myself a pass since it’s been a busy two months. 😄
  • In July, I revisited two books from some of my favorite authors (Lord of Shadows by Cassandra Clare and The Lost Hero by Rick Riordan).
  • I fell sick for a short while during my Taiwan missions trip, so I cozied up in bed with some eBooks on my iPad. (The books I read during that time make up the majority of the 13. Hehe.)

ADVENT Taiwan

In July, I went on a short missions trip to Taiwan to teach English in some of the local schools. I am truly blessed to have been through such an experience!

Messianic Planner

I have been working on designing a Messianic planner, which I am so excited to share with all of you! It is currently being proofread, and I plan to put in an order for printing very soon. Stay tuned for details. =)

I also created a cool bookmark to go with the planner!

Next Steps

I am currently still praying about my future. I am not sure what God has in store for me yet, so while I am still figuring that out, I have decided to begin applying for full-time jobs. We shall see what happens!

That is all for now. Adios!
